The Lake Attitash Association board of directors is aware of a persisting but unsubstantiated rumor that one or more snowmobiles fell through Lake Attitash ice in late January and sank to the bottom. If so, they may still be in the lake and contaminating the water with gasoline and oil.If you have any information about such an incident, such as date or approximate location, please contact the association.Thank you!
